Properties:
- It can be used for sports injuries, as well as other muscle and joint discomfort, inflammation, menstrual pain, migraines and bites, among others. Made of a resistant and durable material, it contains a non-toxic gel ideal for hot/cold therapies.
How to use:Always apply to the skin from the part of the velvet.
- Heat applications:Marie bath: immerse the bag in boiling water for a maximum of 3 minutes. Microwave: Make sure that the gel is evenly distributed throughout the bag and place it flat in the microwave. Heating time will vary depending on the power of your microwave. Heat the bag for 20-30 seconds (for a 1200w microwave). If more heat is required, heat for 10 more seconds until a comfortable level is reached.
- Cold applications: Freezer: Keep the bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before using. Cold therapy is recommended for the legs 48 hours after injury
